You can upload two different images:
(1) The first image is one that appears on the Billboard. You CAN change this image via a special email link once you have purchased the advetising space on the Billboard.
(2) The second image is the one that appears, together with your title description, as a user move the mouse pointer over your first image on the Billboard. You CANNOT change this image and will be the same as the image you first uploaded when you purchase the advertising space.
